New York New York Deli

I think I'm going to firstly introduced this restaurant to all since I owe it to the manager for treating me an ice-cream pancake. Don't get me wrong...I'm not that easily being bribed. But honestly...this restaurant have it's own specialty and i think the environment is cosy...It's a place for those who likes American food!!


Have a look at this part of the restaurant...somehow i really like this corner...HAHA!!!

It's actually the 2nd franchise in Malaysia.. The first is in One Borneo. It's a Singapore company and they actually have 14 franchise in Singapore. Most IMPORTANT....they do serve pork in Singapore!!! I'm going to try it out in Singapore end of this year....

Let's go on to the first dish that I would really recommend...the carbonara....

I really love the creamy taste of it...I think it's one of the best carbonara I've tasted. It's a must try for those who like pasta!!^^

Next...I did ordered the cold crab which was had a unique taste. It comes with a spicy mayo and butter dips. I tot it was only the crab meat. Din expect they gave me this...

Ta Da!!!

For lazy people like me...I think I won't be ordering it again....cos you have to peel of the shells yourself.

Up next is....er....Shit, sorry guys...Can't remember the name. But it's just the typical American food with cheese and hotdogs. Erm...personal preference, I don't really like it. Actually in terms of the taste, it's good, but I just thought that it's too ordinary.


Another recommended food. Really sorry, forgot about the name already. Too long ago. I was too busy with other stuff that only at this time when my parents are away that i'm free to update. Anyway the taste is really good. The brown sauce compliments the chicken well!!


And of course, my favourite dessert!!! Peach pancake!! The peach is really fresh and sweet...Tasted like the one i ever had in China when i was there in 1996. Walau!! Very long time ago and the taste of it still lingers in my head.


There were other dishes that we had tried on that day since there's so many of us. I think about 13 people. I definitely recommend this shop for the carbonara. The best and my favourite. Looking forward to try some pork dishes in their restaurant in Singapore!!

Regarding the price....sorry I don't know. Cos it's a treat from my friends!! Thanks a lof for the treat guys and girls!!!

My First Blog....

Well....in actual truth, this wasn't the first blog I actually wrote...I had previously tried out in Friendster. But Facebook eventually comes in...and I have totally forgotten that I owned a Friendster account.

I guess I've never thought of writing a blog like this, but thanks to Jian Ming!! She inspires me to start writing this blog. I like the food blog (cokeworldcitizen.blogspot.com) that she's been writing for awhile now. So I tot...y not give it a try...I love eating and i think we should share good stuff with all, like what Cheng Lit and the rest of U6S1 ppl says "Sharing is Caring"

I hope that this blog will be a guide to those ppl who like to try out new food and exploring new stuff...
