Post Exam!!!

Finally, after suffering for 3 weeks, today was the last paper!!! Previously, I was totally not in the mood of studying at all. The only thing that I could think about is where I'm going to enjoy after the exam. Then Sushi Tei initially came into my mind. However, after discussing with my roommate we thought "Hey, Sushi Zenmai is not bad too...We should go try it out"...

So here we are at Sushi Zenmai. I thought that there wouldn't be a lot of people since it's a Tuesday. However, the minute we reached, there was already a long queue of people waiting to be seated. So I guess, we had to wait after all eventhough my stomach was telling me "Hey give me food!! I'm damn hungry now". While waiting for our turns, I actually went to Jaya Jusco to buy my toothpaste....the story behind it? Let's talk about it in another post. Hehe!!

In Jaya Jusco, I was so tempted to buy something to eat...the kimbap...the sponge cheesecake... Stop TEMPTING me!!

I would say I did have the discipline... I managed to leave my stomach blank and waiting for the nice food from Sushi Zenmai...The most important part have finally reach...And here...Look at the menu...

Actually Angela did recommend Sushi Zenmai. And i had wanted to go there for quite a long time already..But some how...too many nice food for me to try..Haha!!

Here goes our first House's Special!! Haiya...Too busy eating that i forgot to take down the name...Anyway, inside it is soft shell crab...The dish I liked the most!!

Next we had the carol roll...which is actually a salmon with cucumber...The appearance looks nice and appetizing, however the taste was just normal. Nothing extraordinary.

Well, I would seriously recommend the sushi, but not the noodles and bento...They are just so so only. Price is moderate, all in all, we ate at about RM22, five ppl sharing and look at all the food that we have eaten!!







This is definitely delicious!!! I think it's Japanese Pizza. (Referring to the pic above)


This is tasted good too!! It's avocado on top and the filling is prawn tempura.

New York New York Deli

I think I'm going to firstly introduced this restaurant to all since I owe it to the manager for treating me an ice-cream pancake. Don't get me wrong...I'm not that easily being bribed. But honestly...this restaurant have it's own specialty and i think the environment is cosy...It's a place for those who likes American food!!


Have a look at this part of the restaurant...somehow i really like this corner...HAHA!!!

It's actually the 2nd franchise in Malaysia.. The first is in One Borneo. It's a Singapore company and they actually have 14 franchise in Singapore. Most IMPORTANT....they do serve pork in Singapore!!! I'm going to try it out in Singapore end of this year....

Let's go on to the first dish that I would really recommend...the carbonara....

I really love the creamy taste of it...I think it's one of the best carbonara I've tasted. It's a must try for those who like pasta!!^^

Next...I did ordered the cold crab which was had a unique taste. It comes with a spicy mayo and butter dips. I tot it was only the crab meat. Din expect they gave me this...

Ta Da!!!

For lazy people like me...I think I won't be ordering it again....cos you have to peel of the shells yourself.

Up next is....er....Shit, sorry guys...Can't remember the name. But it's just the typical American food with cheese and hotdogs. Erm...personal preference, I don't really like it. Actually in terms of the taste, it's good, but I just thought that it's too ordinary.


Another recommended food. Really sorry, forgot about the name already. Too long ago. I was too busy with other stuff that only at this time when my parents are away that i'm free to update. Anyway the taste is really good. The brown sauce compliments the chicken well!!


And of course, my favourite dessert!!! Peach pancake!! The peach is really fresh and sweet...Tasted like the one i ever had in China when i was there in 1996. Walau!! Very long time ago and the taste of it still lingers in my head.


There were other dishes that we had tried on that day since there's so many of us. I think about 13 people. I definitely recommend this shop for the carbonara. The best and my favourite. Looking forward to try some pork dishes in their restaurant in Singapore!!

Regarding the price....sorry I don't know. Cos it's a treat from my friends!! Thanks a lof for the treat guys and girls!!!

My First Blog....

Well....in actual truth, this wasn't the first blog I actually wrote...I had previously tried out in Friendster. But Facebook eventually comes in...and I have totally forgotten that I owned a Friendster account.

I guess I've never thought of writing a blog like this, but thanks to Jian Ming!! She inspires me to start writing this blog. I like the food blog (cokeworldcitizen.blogspot.com) that she's been writing for awhile now. So I tot...y not give it a try...I love eating and i think we should share good stuff with all, like what Cheng Lit and the rest of U6S1 ppl says "Sharing is Caring"

I hope that this blog will be a guide to those ppl who like to try out new food and exploring new stuff...
